The Guatemala Europlaza Center is located on the second floor of one of the four modern 19-story towers that form the Europlaza World Business Center, built in 1999. Each tower has its own heliport, and there are banks, a gym, restaurant and retail outlets in the lobby. The Europlaza is situated in Zone 14 of the capital, on the same street as the American Chamber of Commerce in Guatemala. The US is the country's main trade partner for Guatemala's exports of agricultural products and textiles. The Guatemala Europlaza Center is convenient for public transport connections, including the new Transmetro bus system introduced to improve traffic flow, and the city Center is just 10 minutes away. This is a relatively low-crime area and the building features 24-hour CCTV monitoring and a secure underground car park.
