The centre is located on the 17th floor of the 20-storey building and it was built in the 1970s for the Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil (CNA). Recently it has been retrofitted underwent works for renovation to update itself technologically, without characterizing its original architectural design. It is next to the Monumental Axis, main route that divides the city in north and south, to the main buildings of the government, National Congress, Supreme Court and the presidential office. Nearby is the central bus station, foreign embassies and large Brazilian and international companies, mainly from the service sectors, including banks and telecommunications. The international airport is 15 minutes away.
