The Lima Platinum Plaza I Center is on the 11th floor of Peru's first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building, and it has spectacular views across the Parque de Las Americas. This imposing glass building is in the centre of the San Isidro district, which is one of Latin America's largest and fastest-growing financial centers. There are more than 20 international bank headquarters in San Isidro, alongside many insurance companies. There has also been an influx of multinational companies setting up regional HQs, as the importance of Lima as a regional hub for the operational cargo industry grows. This fast pace of change is balanced by San Isidro's long-standing importance as an artists' enclave, and the area has many galleries and cultural institutions.
