A fabulous logistical location on the outskirts of Doha International Airport is where the Al Jaidah Square business centre is situated. Of course, businesses related to the airport are in abundance, including the headquarters for the national carrier, cargo, catering, aviation services, jet fuel, and many hotels serving the high-growth tourism industry. Like its neighbours, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, the State of Qatar is diversifying its economy away from the traditional mainstays of oil and natural gas, and tourism is one of the sectors to benefit, alongside arts, entertainment and construction. Doha is Qatar's capital and economic hub, so many corporate oil and gas headquarters are based here, but it is also a major centre for education and is home to many international university and college campuses. Many expatriates make up the country's inhabitants.
